Dr. Laura Bynum is a lifelong learner and animal lover who found their passion for animal care at the young age of 4.
Dr. Bynum earned bachelor's degrees in biology, piano performance, and Spanish from Baker University in 2016, and earned their doctorate degree from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. Dr. Bynum is committed to providing the highest quality of care to every patient and is especially passionate about preventive and feline medicine, as well as palliative/hospice care.
Outside of a clinical setting, they love spending time with their wonderful trio of DSH cats (Stella, Loki, and Tito), their sweet duo of dogs (Freyja and Milo), their amazing partner Matthew, and dear friends and family. Dr. Bynum also loves traveling, reading, playing and teaching piano, swimming, yoga, and meditation.
